Our restaurant offers a healthy and balanced cuisine, mixing the Mediterranean cuisine tradition with the international and exotic ones. The chef Focosi Franco, who has been gaining approvals for the last 15 years from our customers and food and wine events in Versilia, mixes these culinary traditions and prepares unique dishes.

We always use fresh and seasonal products in order to prepare a healthy and varied menu every day. There are special menu for vegetarian, celiac and allergic people.
Our chef is specialized in desserts which show his creativity.

Column Hall

It is an astonishing hall, furnished with valuable marbles and textiles as well as magnificent handmade Murano chandeliers. A beautiful view of the sea from this hall will enchant you. This hall is perfect for celebration and ceremonies too.

Liberty Hall

The original Art Nouveau style of the ancient building has been preserved in order to get a pleasant and elegant room which has been furnished with original antique furniture too.

The liberty hall overlooks the swimming pool with a wide glass window creating a large common space. The ideal room for your business lunches or gala dinners.
