In 1932, when Lido di Camaiore was still to be known, the Hotel “Moderno Zara” was born in its art deco style. During the years the structure was rechristened into “Hotel Capri”.

It is with this name, in 1981, that the Maccioni’s family took over the building and, with passion and devotion for their job, the family brought the hotel back to its ancient splendour.

Always present in every postcard of Lido di Camaiore, still today our Hotel accommodates respectable but informal clients.

During the years, the hotel lodged many Italian and Spanish football, hockey and bicycle racing teams.
